Lucan in Inter Club semi-final this Saturday

Lucan's Intermediate & Junior Inter Club team will play in the semi-final this Saturday at 9am in Bruff, Co. Limerick.

Paddy Croke's undefeated team topped their group which contained Bellewstown and Gaeil Colmcille of Meath along with Kilbeggan and Lough Owel from Westmeath. A tense 5-4 quarter final result against Tipperary Hills in Tullamore booked the teams place in the finals weekend.

Lucan will take on Cork's St. Anne's for a place in the final against either Deerpark (Kerry) or St. Patrick's (Wexford).

This is the first year in which this competition has been held and hopefully the lads can take the title from Limerick to the 12th Lock.

So if you've no plans this Saturday, why not make the trip to Limerick and cheer on the lads, all support will be greatly welcome.
