Lucan ladies take the title

The ladies intermediate team captained by Noel Leonard took the Dublin County Board intermediate title last night in Erin's Isle's immaculate course.
Their opponents Ierne got off to a great start in taking two of the foursomes with Catherine Leonard and Tracey Smith digging deep and winning the third foursomes on the 7th tie hole.
In the singles Lucan excelled with all of the players pitching superbly and playing some super pitch and putt to come out on top 6 games to 3.
Well done to all the team and to our supporters who were like an extra player cheering every shot.
