| Important Notice – PPI Annual Registration & New Consent Options As part of this year's PPI annual registration process, two new consent questions have been introduced: NEC Contact – Opt In Media Consent (Photo/Streaming) Opt in. Both of these questions carry a default answer of “Yes”. However, because all members are being registered in bulk by the club on your behalf, we cannot assume consent for these new items. To ensure GDPR compliance, the club will set both options to: ❌ “No – Not Consented” If you wish to opt in to either or both options, you may do so directly by contacting the PPI and requesting your preferences be updated. How to Opt In: Email the PPI at: [email protected] Subject: Consent Update – Please state which options you would like to opt into. You must state your name, registration number and club. We encourage members to consider their preferences and contact the PPI if they wish to change from the default “No” to “Yes”. If you have any questions, please contact the Executive Committee. | ||||
