| Annual General Meeting - Thursday 13th November 2025 | ||||

Members please note that our Annual General Meeting will take place in our clubhouse on Thursday 13th November 2025 at 8pm. Due to the temporarily closure of our clubhouse because of the rewiring we are making alternative arrangements to assist you should you wish to: A) Motions - If you wish to put forward a Motion at our AGM (Motions must be posted on the relevant form at least five [5] clear days in advance of the Annual General Meeting, after which point no motions will be accepted B) If you wish to put yourself forward for an Executive/committee position (Nominations will close twenty-four [24] hours prior to the start of the Annual General Meeting, after which point no nominations will be accepted). C) If you wish to view the Statement of Accounts for the yearend (available seven days prior to the Annual General Meeting). For any of the above please contact the Secretary who will make arrangements to meet you at the clubhouse to fulfil any of the above requests. We would ask all our members to attend our Annual General Meeting and assist this great club in moving forward. Committee | ||||
