Rememberance Comp - Roped areas are GUR

For the 'Rememberance' Competition (20th April) and the Sunday Competition (21st April), all roped areas in the bottom field are to be considered GUR. In relation to the Free Drop from the GUR, normal PPI rules apply. No Drop Zone in operation
