FUND RAISING - OCTOBER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND

29th - 30th and 31st October - Bank Holiday Weekend 2022

This year we are Fund Raising for Conor and Dean Thompson. These two little boys aged 7 and 5 are sons of our member Jamie Thompson and grandsons of our members Jimmy & Rosaleen Thompson and Joe and Rita Murphy. The boys have been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
We would ask that all of our members would be generous to a fault in supporting the Thompson family who have a long and sometimes difficult road ahead. Both Jamie and Karen are so thankful to the club for any help we can give them and I know that you as members will as always be generous in your support of this fund raising weekend.
We are holding a raffle on the Monday of the Bank Holiday weekend with numerous prizes and we will have special envelopes left around the clubhouse with the boys names on them. The envelope costs five euro and please ensure that you put your name and phone number on the sticker on the face of the envelope. Place your five euro in the envelope and seal same and put the sealed envelope in the Fees Box.
We will have notices up in the clubhouse with details of what is going on over the weekend of the Bank Holiday and we would certainly appreciate your attendance at our Race Night on the Saturday night 29th followed by some music.
