DCB Dave Hayden Challenge Match this Friday @ Old County

The inaugural Dublin County Board Dave Hayden Challenge Trophy will take place this Friday, August 19th, in the Old County Pitch and Putt Club.

This annual event, which will alternate between Old County and Lucan each year, will give each years' Dublin Senior Gents Inter County team a stern challenge ahead of the National Inter County Championships, as Dublin take on a team combining the finest senior players from both Lucan and Old County.

The Dublin County Board will run this event each year in honour of Dave Hayden, a man who represented Dublin, Lucan and Old County with distinction over the course of his pitch and putt career, winning major honours while proudly wearing their colours.

It's sure to be a great evening's pitch and putt with Dublin's finest battling against each other on the immaculately manicured Old County course. Play commences at 6:30pm. All support welcome.
