Eric Heffernan (R.I.P)

It is with great sadness that our club pays respect to the sudden passing from this world of Eric Heffernan (R.I.P.). To those who have joined our club in recent years Eric Heffernan would not be a household name, but for more of us who can recall him as a talented juvenile a little more than twenty years ago his passing is surrounded in disbelief. Eric achieved greatness and admiration not only for his talent as a Pitch and Putt player but for his friendly and happy disposition on and off the Pitch and Putt course. Eric's passing becomes unimaginable when the Club records show him having won senior grade prizes each month from June to September 2021 and runner up in his grade in the Memorial in October 2021. Our club members extend their sincere sympathy to Eric's partner Ann-Marie and Eric's parents Anne and Dave.
