Last weekend's competition was a very hard fought batle for the turkey vouchers with all grades needing back 9's or back 3 [in the case of the gents junior grade]with Michael Stratford winning his second turkey beating Pete Anderson on the back 3.The gents senior grade was the exception with Johnny Price winning the grade with 43pts [not needing any back 9].Dave Hayden II finally clicked and took the intermediate grade beating John Kenny on the back 9 and Trish Anderson won the ladies class 1 beating Mairead O'Brien on the back 9.In the ladies class 2 Fionna Langan won her second turkey voucher beating Tess Donovan on the back 9.

Players who have won a voucher should book their meat from our sponsor Leixlip Butchers A.S.A.P[providing they have played at least four[4] weekend turkey competitions].Vouchers will be available on Thursday the 20th of December between 9pm and 10pm in the clubhouse.

Next weekend will be the last competition before the bonanza,in the bonanza competition all players will play off their full h/cap for the 36 stableford competition and for the 18 stableford on the same weekend players who won vouchers will play off their reduced handicap.
