Date to Remember
Saturday 24th August - Our President's Day
Dave Hayden R.I.P.
Dave Hayden has unmistakably been acknowledged for many years as one of the greatest Pitch and Putt players of all time. Sadly but peacefully Dave left this world on Wednesday 31st July last. His membership of Lucan for some twenty years will be remembered with fondness. His friendship was warm and ever helpful - never exuding the greatness and the many achievements of his wonderful career in Pitch and Putt. Davy excelled in his course maintenance at Lucan. His application to the work was never found wanting and he was always concerned that the course was in A1 condition for the members. To his wife Bernie, his son Dave and family may we extend our deepest sympathies.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam agus buíochas mór Le Dia dá leithéad.
