VERY IMPORTANT: Membership 2019 & GDPR

Due to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on the 25th of May 2018, Lucan Pitch and Putt Club need permission from each member to store and share* their personal information.

Under GDPR law, we need to delete any personal information we currently hold on our members.

In order to rebuild our membership database and also to comply with GDPR law, in relation to storage and sharing of this information, all members will be required to fill out a Membership Renewal Form for 2019. As we are constitutionally bound to maintain a list of members and also to register our members with the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland (requiring sharing of some basic information), no member can be accepted for membership of Lucan Pitch and Putt Club and the P.P.U.I. unless they complete this form.

Membership Renewal Forms can be downloaded from the Lucan website (lucanpitchandputt.com) or can be obtained when paying your membership fee.

When paying your membership fee, please ensure you complete a Membership Renewal Form. As, regardless of payment, we cannot legally register you as a member of Lucan Pitch and Putt Club or the P.P.U.I. until you have completed a Membership Renewal Form.

* We only share the minimum required information with the P.P.U.I. for registration purposes and only with other affiliated Clubs / County Boards if you enter their competitions / championships.
