Proposed new constitution and EGM

The committee of Lucan Pitch and Putt Club plan to call an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in early September in order to propose the adoption of a re-drafted constitution for the club.

The re-drafting process has taken six months to complete and consists of mainly re-organising and re-wording the existing constitution, with a few minor tweaks.

We invite all members to read the draft constitution and welcome any feedback from members.

Please bear in mind, that the purpose of this re-draft was to make the constitution more user friendly and to try remove any ambiguity and not to make any drastic changes. We encourage any member who wishes to make such changes to please bring a motion to the Annual General Meeting which will be held later in the year.
