News | Newsletter | Posted on 27 Apr '18 by Peter Keogh | | Last weekend saw the start of the Dublin Board competitions with the Mixed Scramble final taking place in Portmarnock and it was a great day for Lucan who took home the top 3 prizes on the day.
Congratulations to the Overall winners Peter, Sandra Keogh and Fionna Langan on the back 18, Runners up Damien Creevey, Christopher Byrne and Tess Donovan and the 36 Gross winners D.C.B Chairman Anthony Malone and Captains Philip Sweeney and Tracey Smith. Along with the host club we had 8 teams in the Final so well done to all.

Gents:
Class 1: Philip Sweeney 45pts. A good weekend for the Captain.
Class 2: Joe Murphy 45pts.
Class 2: R-Up Dan "the man" Coady 44pts. B9.
Class 3: Michael Stratford 47pts.
Ladies:
Class 1: Philo Condron 40pts.
Class 2: Eileen Loakman 44pts.
Best of Luck to all the Gents taking part in the upcoming National Matchplay qualifiers in Shandon.
The midweek Scrambles begin this Wednesday 2nd April @ 6.30pm & look forward to a large turnout on the day.
Juvenile Competitions continue each Wednesday 3pm for 10-16 yr olds, just turn up on the day and you will be looked after by our Juvenile Committee.
