New Handicap System
As of Monday the 11th of April the new Handicap system is live. The system takes a week to process the scores and the handicaps are adjusted accordingly.

Chase the Joker
Chase the Joker continues this week as the Main man hasn't been found yet with the pot after last week over the €500 mark. So this Friday we will try again with darts and pool and some great craic.

Dublin Scramble
This Sunday is the first county major of 2016 and Lucan have a strong field competing for the title. The competition will be played in Portmarknock and would like to wish all members competing the very best of luck.

Leinster Gents Matchplay
The Leinster gents matchplay qualifiers were held in Loughlinstown last weekend and Lucan had 5 qualifiers. In the Junior Grade Jay Condron beat Lucan's Danny Kilduff and then was given a walkover to reach the finals, Stephen Needham beat Lucan's Brendan Keane to qualify. In the Inter Grade our sole qualifier was Jack King. In the Senior Grade Anthony Malone beat Jim Judge and Keith Redmond beat friend and fellow Lucan man Chris Gallagher.

The finals for seniors and juniors is in Ringcommons and the Inter has been moved to Bellewstown.

Scramble Day

There is a scramble day taking place on the Monday of the May bank holiday weekend (2nd May) with a morning session (11am) and an afternoon session (1pm) to celebrate 100 years since 1916. Everyone to wear something green! There will be a prize for whoever puts in the most effort! Juvenile members are welcome to play and the scrambles will be followed by some music in the bar afterwards.
